Complementary to Doolin’s participatory arts practice Doolin collaboratively designs and facilitates Creative Play Workshops at the Crawford College of Art and Design. These CPD workshops focus on early years experiential and creative play methodologies, with each workshop exploring a different material theme such as: LIGHT Play, PAPER Play, CARDBOARD Play, POP-UP Play and more.

‘Simplicity’ and ‘wonder in the ordinary’ are at the very core of this holistic series of workshops, which are aimed at primary and early years educators. Through-out the workshops Participants are encouraged to activate their imaginations and to explore ‘ways to play’ that encourage and embrace spontaneity, open-ended exploration and unpredictable impulses!
